What are baby boomers?

The baby boomers are a term used for people born somewhere between 1946 to 1964, The baby boomers are the generation that shaped modern American society.

The baby boomers experienced major social, political, and economic changes in their lifetimes, These transformations included the introduction of personal computing, the commercialization of popular culture, the sexual revolution, and the rise of feminist movements.

The term is most closely associated with those born in the years following World War II, when there was a significant increase in the birth rate.

These individuals are the children of the Silent Generation.

Why are baby boomers necessary?

Baby boomers are a necessary part of our society because they provide valuable perspective and experience. Older workers will have different priorities than their younger counterparts.

They have lived through many of the same challenges and changes that we are currently facing and can offer valuable insight into how to navigate these challenges.

Baby boomers are often more patient and understanding than younger people, and can offer a calming influence in times of stress.
