What is Exit interview? 

An exit interview is a final meeting between an employer and an employee to discuss either the employee’s resignation or termination of employment.

Why is Exit interview is important?

Exit interviews are necessary in order to get a clear understanding of the employee feedback and why he is leaving the company. This information can be used to improve the working environment and prevent future turnover. Additionally, exit interviews provide an opportunity for the company to learn more about the employee's experience and what could be done to improve it.
