What is leadership behavior?

Leadership behavior is a leadership characteristic or approach that a leader affects when interacting with others.

Leadership behavior serves to direct the behavior of others. A leader's behavior can direct followers to reach certain goals or adjust their own actions. A leader's behavior can also affect followers' willingness to follow a leader and, ultimately, whether or not an individual decides to participate in a given task.

Why it is important to have a good leadership behavior?

Leaders need to be able to inspire and motivate those around them to achieve common goals. They also need to be able to make difficult decisions and provide guidance and direction. Leaders need to be able to build relationships and trust. Lastly, leaders need to be able to communicate effectively.

How to have a successful leadership behavior?
