Accounting Coordinator Duties:

  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and financial reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain project records, including safety and environmental compliance, equipment maintenance, and equipment replacement
  • Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Perform ad hoc accounting tasks as needed

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in accounting experience
  • Ability to analyze accounting data and prepare reports
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently
