Job Brief:

We’re looking for an Administrative Associate to perform a variety of administrative and office support duties. This person will be responsible for answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and providing information to clients and customers. Additionally, they will perform data entry, file management, and general office duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Associate Duties:

  • Provide support to administrative departments by managing and organizing office procedures and forms
  • Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support
  • Assist office personnel in scheduling meetings, conferences, and other appointments
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, and screen, route, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
  • Prepare presentations

Administrative Associate Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails; input data into the computer system; interact with team members, vendors, and customers; schedule appointments; prepare reports, memos, and presentations; log expenses; and maintain file system
  • Perform general office and administrative duties, including maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies as needed
