Job Brief:

We're looking for an Administrative Services Manager who can help us with a variety of tasks. We need someone who is organized and can keep track of many different things at once. This person will be responsible for managing our office space, handling our finances, and keeping our records.

Administrative Services Manager Duties:

  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
  • Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including:
  • Investigating problem areas, developing solutions, and implementing changes
  • Developing strategies for cost-saving measures and/or quality enhancements
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain overall oversight of all administrative functions
  • Maintain administrative systems to ensure accurate records and record keeping

Administrative Services Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office, including supervising clerical staff and office support vendors, to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues and catering services
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement company strategic planning processes, including identifying key personnel and stakeholders, developing strategic goals, and communicating them to the executive management team
  • Provide support to executive leadership team, including scheduling and conducting all meetings and conference calls, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking notes
  • Coordinate and manage PR/marketing activities, including generating press releases, writing newsletters and articles, and designing supporting digital and print materials
  • Oversee all office administrative processes, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration
  • 3+ years’ proven experience in an Administrative Services Management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
