Job Brief:

We're looking for Agency Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our advertising agency. The Agency Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, while also ensuring that the quality of our work meets or exceeds our clients' expectations. In addition, the Agency Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Agency Manager Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow powersports agency business
  • Research potential vendors and customers
  • Maintain and build positive relationships with core vendors
  • Meet with prospects and customers, maintaining favorable impressions
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the sales and marketing teams

Agency Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, including recruiting, hiring, and termination, and enforcing company policies
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Partners to develop and implement sales strategies to deliver results
  • Continuously monitor and refine sales efforts to achieve sales goals
  • Maintain and update databases and MIS systems to ensure field sales activity is recorded properly and that relevant information is readily accessible
  • Maintain and update records of agency performance, planning, and financials, including sales records, financial reports, and employee evaluations
  • Develop new sales leads and develop new sales partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, and develop new sources of referrals and references
