Job Brief:

We're looking for an Assistant to help us with our work.

Assistant Duties:

  • Assist management with administrative duties
  • Maintain and update the personnel files of employees
  • Prepare and distribute reports and correspondences to employees, customers, and vendors
  • Determine why a project is behind schedule, and keep management informed
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for employees
  • Maintain the company’s supply and inventory records
  • Assist with the coordination of logistics for events, meetings, and conventions
  • Assist with the recruitment of new employees as needed

Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of company, including opening, closing, and bookkeeping
  • Assist with administrative tasks; answer incoming calls; type, proofread, and edit correspondence; create spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
  • Assist with administration of benefits program
  • Conduct payroll and accounting tasks
