We're looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our team. You'll be responsible for helping to manage our finances and ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver with a head for numbers, we want to hear from you!

Assistant Accountant Duties:

  • Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments of a company, ensuring that all invoices received are processed and paid in a timely manner
  • Oversee the purchasing department, ensuring that all supplies are purchased as needed
  • Prepare draft financial statements and reports for company management
  • Manage payroll, taxes, and other financial aspects of the company
  • Research all costs of new procedures/products, ensuring the best pricing is obtained
  • Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases
