Job Brief:

We’re looking for an Assistant Controller who will be responsible for assisting the Controller in various aspects of financial reporting and analysis. Assistant Controller Duties:

  • Assist Controller with meeting all deadlines and ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Be a liaison between the Controller and the Director of Operations
  • Ensure assets are kept updated within the accounting system
  • Process accounting transactions within specified timeframes
  • Monitor incoming invoices and payments
  • Track and report on inventory
  • Process accounting entries and reports
  • Prepare documents for internal and external audits
  • Perform accounting functions

Assistant Controller Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of managing cash flow and bank reconciliations
