We're looking for an Assistant Game Producer who can help us develop and create amazing video games. Assistant Game Producer Duties:

  • Assist with the development of educational and “serious games” that meet learning goals and objectives.
  • Study educational research and continually evaluate educational products.
  • Assist with the creation of project plans, timelines, budgets, schedules, and responsibilities.
  • Manage and maintain operations budgets.
  • Co-ordinate with other project staff during planning and project implementation.
  • Visit schools and other institutions to assess educational needs.
  • Evaluate existing educational products.
  • Determine which products would be best for educational purposes.
  • Collect feedback, analyze, and report on educational products.
  • Coordinate with educational publishers, developers, and educators.
  • Provide product feedback and analysis to development teams.

Assistant Game Producer Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Game Producer and Producer on day-to-day production tasks, including managing production schedules, meeting deadlines, and communicating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Track and report on production metrics, including tracking bug submissions, user feedback, and player activity.
  • Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and forecasting.
  • Create weekly production reports for upper management.
  • Participate in weekly producer meetings.
  • Conduct weekly check-in calls with production teams.
  • Provide feedback to management on production initiatives.

Requirements And Skills:
