Job Brief:

We're looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Production Manager, you will be responsible for helping to oversee the production process and ensuring that all products are of the highest quality. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for production, then we want to hear from you!

Assistant Production Duties:

  • Assist executive director in managing the daily operations of the shell building
  • Manage staff and ensure the conditions for optimal production
  • Assume responsibility for all administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, screening calls, and performing general office duties
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by production manager

Assistant Production Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production ramp-up of materials, equipment, and personnel
  • Develop schedules, monitor performance and activity levels, and report on progress to upper management
  • Hire, train, and manage direct reports
  • Perform other duties as needed, including special projects
