The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing stock levels and overseeing the day-to-day running of the store. Assistant Store Manager Duties‍

  • Manage day to day operations, including staffing and stocking, to ensure a professionally run store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Assist in on-boarding new employees.
  • Report on store performance to management.
  • Promote company products, services, and events.
  • Create daily written, verbal, and visual reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Assistant Store Manager responsibilities

  • Work under direct supervision to perform a variety of tasks, including cashiering, receiving, stocking, inventory control, and merchandising.
  • Complete daily required reports, such as cash, checks, and sales.
  • Promote visual presentation standards by arranging, rotating, and displaying merchandise.
  • Assist with customer service tasks, including processing returns, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as ordering inventory and preparing financial statements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills
