We're looking for an Audit Associate to join our team. The role of the Audit Associate is to support the audit team in the planning and execution of audits. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.
Audit Associate Duties:
- -Provide accurate accounting of financial activities
- -Liaise with management on managerial and financial reporting procedures
- -Receive and review accounting and financial data
- -Maintain budgets and financial records
Audit Associate Responsibilities:
- Perform audits of accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets and accounts payable
- Complete journal entries and reconciliations
- Conducts audit procedures, including problem identification, policy compliance, internal controls testing, and documentation; identifies trends and recommends corrective measures
- Document audit findings by hand writing audit reports and bookkeeping journal entries
- Assist in preparation of non audit assignments
