We're looking for an Auto Glass Technician who can replace windshields and side view mirrors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with different types of auto glass and will be able to work quickly and efficiently.
Auto Glass Technician Duties:
- Assist customers with their warranty claims
- Repair auto glass
- Check and replace seals and gaskets
- Perform other duties as assigned
Auto Glass Technician Responsibilities:
- Repair windshields, rear windows and side windows, and replace headlights, tail lights, and turn signals as well as front and rear bumpers
- Be trained and certified to repair up to three factory body lines and be able to utilize diagnostic equipment
- Complete vehicle inspections, including checking brakes, tires, suspension, steering, transmission, lights and fluid levels, and fuel systems
- Perform basic computer diagnostics to determine source of problem, and communicate and repair issues
- Perform warranty repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair automotive glass, mechanical, and electrical components
- Answer calls and perform other duties as assigned
