Bartender Duties:

• Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures
• Work with management to develop and implement effective training programs
• Seek out opportunities to provide exceptional customer service
• Develop relationships with customers and other staff
• Establish and maintain a friendly and positive demeanor when interacting with customers
• Responsible for maintaining all company equipment and complying with safety rules and regulations
• Assist with preparing reports, records, and other information

• Ensure cleanliness of bar
• Assist in kitchen
• Ensure bar is fully stocked
• Answer double-sided telephone
• Provide other duties and duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

• Capable of loading and unloading heavy items
• Ability to work nights and weekends
