Bridal Stylist Duties:

• Research new fashion trends and styles and apply them to pricing
• Create custom hair, make-up, and wardrobe designs for weddings, parties, and special events
• Be the authority on current bridal styles, fashions, and trends
• Research and contact vendors to acquire professional products
• Assist all wedding parties with hair, make-up, and wardrobe needs
• Be punctual, professional, and courteous at all times

Bridal Stylist Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one training and guidance for stylists on how to meet customer needs, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution skills
• Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining an appropriate level of goods on hand and ordering as needed
• Attend local and regional bridal shows to conduct sales, make product recommendations, and network with vendors
• Work with company management to ensure profitability

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, design or a related field
• 1-2 years’ work experience in a bridal salon, retail or fashion environment required
• Strong knowledge of bridal sizing, construction and fit
• Knowledge of current bridal fashion trends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
