Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Budtender to join our team! We’re a fun, fast-paced company that is constantly growing. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the cannabis industry and is excited to learn and grow with us.

Budtender Duties:

  • Inspire and educate customers about the various styles and benefits of our marijuana products
  • Prevent customer dissatisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of personal appearance and sales techniques
  • Use effective communication skills to respond to customer concerns
  • Perform product delivery duties
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Participate in training, including adherence to all policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with management and other team members

Budtender Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver superb guest service towards maintaining profitability by representing the company’s products and services effectively
  • Attend to customer needs, inquiries, complaints, and suggestions, and handle suggestive selling effectively
  • Provide information about available products, services, and facilities in order to encourage guests to shop or dine
  • Maintain adequate inventory of inventory items at all times, keeping them organized, stocked, and visible
  • Gather and record information accurately, and handle cash transactions with precision and accuracy
  • Work efficiently as a part of a team
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as business dictates
  • Enforce all company policies, procedures and standards

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field
  • 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and vendors
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to understand and follow health laws, regulations, and policies
  • Ability to maintain
