Job Brief:

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, and will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. They will also be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing and sales initiatives, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. Business Development Coordinator Duties:

  • Track sales leads and opportunities
  • Assist with organizing sales presentations
  • Research customers to determine their needs
  • Provide support in all administrative and clerical functions as required by Management
  • Organize and maintain files of contracts, correspondence, proposals, and other documents
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all project team members and clients

Business Development Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Create business development strategies, including sales forecasts, sales territory deployment, business development plans, and client value propositions
  • Create and maintain accurate project portfolios, and update the data regularly to reflect up-to-date project status
  • Identify, prepare, and write proposals, statements of qualifications, and statements of work
  • Refine industry insights and develop strategic sales plans
  • Ability to manage territory and pipeline growth through client relationships
  • Monitor client activity and create targeted sales strategies for key accounts
  • Maintain and leverage a network of resources, including key industry contacts, to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and prioritize clear, quantifiable goals
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships
