Job Brief:

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us to increase our market share and grow our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, a strong network of contacts, and a proven track record in business development.

Business Development Manager Duties:

  • Develop marketing/sales plans for all company initiatives
  • Provide support for the implementation of those plans
  • Maintain and grow clientele
  • Update and improve website
  • Support new initiatives
  • Support any existing marketing efforts

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, including identifying target markets, creating and updating sales programs, coordinating sales activities, and conducting market research
  • Design and implement lead generation programs and strategies, including online advertising, cold calling, and canvassing
  • Create and maintain sales databases and coordinates activity with other departments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Develop and maintain a professional image and relationships with other business units
  • Develop strong project management skills
  • Develop and manage a budget and grow the customer base
  • Work with senior management to set department goals and implement strategies
  • Other duties may be assigned
