The Business Operations Manager (BOM) is part of the safety team.

The safety team is created to focus on: * Work injury prevention and control * Health, safety and environmental protection and regulatory compliance * Contractor management * Work incident investigation * Training * Accident prevention

The safety and business management teams are integrated and work together to provide a safer workplace for employees and contractors, and a safer environment for customers and the general public.

The Business Operations Manager oversees operations, safety, and compliance with OSHA/EPA, DOT, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Job Brief

We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our business. The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans, as well as ensuring that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently. In addition, the Business Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring and improving all key performance indicators, and will be the point of contact for all operational matters.

Business Operations Manager Duties

  • Strategize, plan, and execute operational activities for assigned area(s)
