Job Brief:

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to oversee all aspects of our marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for developing and managing our marketing strategy, as well as planning and executing all our marketing initiatives. The Campaign Manager will work closely with our sales, product, and operations teams to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with our business objectives and are delivering the desired results.

Campaign Manager Duties:

  • Conduct research on prospective investors, prepare pitch decks, and perform all other duties as assigned by the President
  • Assist with execution and completion of investment transactions
  • Regularly communicate with prospective investors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Campaign Manager Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement campaigns to promote Headspace's brand
  • Oversee all aspects of lifecycle email campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the email database including subscriber management, list segmentation, testing, suppression, suppression list management, and list hygiene
  • Research and test new email campaign tactics to improve campaign performance
  • Manage the launch, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns
  • Implement best practices for email design and delivery
  • Oversee brand voice, tone, and messaging across channels
  • Develop media plans to drive awareness
  • Manage and support marketing events
  • Research, plan, and produce original content for websites, emails, and social media channels
  • Collaborate with SEO team to optimize for organic search results
  • Develop and execute content calendar
  • Business Development: identify, qualify, and close qualified leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key

Requirements And Skills:
