Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Caregiver to provide in-home health care services to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and performing light housekeeping tasks. Caregiver Duties:

  • Provide compassionate, friendly, and dignified companionship in residential-, home-based-, and long-term care facilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client and facility needs
  • Ensure that all clients are treated with dignity and respect
  • Communicate with family members regarding client’s status
  • Record client and facility information

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of patients, including changing linens, emptying bedpans, and feeding and bathing patients
  • Assist with transferring patients to and from beds and wheelchairs
  • Assist with medication administration and preparation
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, including dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship for patients
  • Provide support for patients during times of illness or emotional distress

Requirements And Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with older adults preferred
  • Ability to provide exceptional, compassionate care
