We’re looking for a Change Manager to lead us through a period of change. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Change Manager Duties:

  • Define the scope of changes needed by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing change requests
  • Develop and implement change plans, including communications, training, and quality assurance
  • Ensure change is executed effectively in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality requirements
  • Contribute to the creation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a successful and successful implementation and follow-up-Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
