The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a company.

Chief Administrative Officer Duties:

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures

  • Manage company’s compliance with all regulations, including safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Make presentations at professional conferences and events
  • Partner with executives to develop strategies that improve efficiency and increase revenue

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in at least one of the following:
  • Executive management
  • Financial management
  • Budget planning, monitoring and evaluation
  • Financial audit
