Job Brief:

We're looking for a Child Care Provider to take care of our children while we're at work. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, be patient and have a lot of energy. They must also be able to keep the children safe and entertained.

Child Care Provider Duties:

  • Provide care for children in a home-like environment
  • Ensure that children are safe and supervised at all times
  • Monitor the general well-being of children
  • Assist in organizing games and activities
  • Operate daily routines and promote healthy habits
  • Maintain safe and clean environment

Child Care Provider Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a preschool provider for 20 children, ages 4-5, from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.; provide daily instruction in art, science, reading, math, writing, and music
  • Prepare food and snack for the students, including composting and maintaining compost bins
  • Supervise playground activities and hygiene
  • Provide safe supervision of students during dismissal
  • Live in on-site housing while children attend classes; have availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
