Job Brief:

We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team! As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Client Relationship Manager Duties:

  • Understand the client’s requirements and expectations
  • Deliver all projects according to client specifications
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients
  • Develop plans of action for increasing client satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to clients on project status
  • Seek opportunities to work with new clients
  • Maintain client databases
  • Provide support for client queries and problems
  • Maintain and update client files
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure budgets are adhered to
  • Research and research more research potential client referrals
  • Perform cold calls, identify repeat clients, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Research new business prospects
  • Identify, assess, and evaluate opportunities for investment and growth
  • Develop and maintain systems, policies, and procedures for promoting organization and achieving goals
  • Lead by example
  • Stay abreast of industry developments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current and prospective client contacts through outreach and networking activities
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports, and fulfill other reporting requirements
  • Provide deliverables, including weekly and monthly sales reports, and weekly and monthly expense reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and clients
  • Attend regular meetings with investors, banks, and clients
  • Develop relationships with other investors and banks
  • Keep abreast of market developments and investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key professionals within current and prospective client base
