The services coordinator is the liaison between the client and the technician.

Their main job is to ensure the client understands what is being repaired, and they answer any technical questions.

The services coordinator also helps the technician by providing necessary materials, and scheduling appointments and follow ups.

The services coordinator is also responsible for setting up payment, handling billing, and contacting the customer in case of delays or rescheduling.

Services coordinators can either be independent contractors or employees.
