Job Brief:

We're looking for a Clinical Analyst to support our growing healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronic medical records and be able to provide expert analysis and support to our clinical staff. Clinical Analyst Duties:

  • Evaluate, analyze, and develop clinical protocols and standards for healthcare providers

  • Ensure that processes and protocols are consistent, efficient, and of highest quality
  • Provide supervision and training to junior analysts
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate recurring clinical issues

Clinical Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Present data to create and document a strategic plan and reports
  • Resolve issues between departments
  • Prepare reports, including statistical analysis and data interpretation
  • Identify training needs, resolve conflicts, and anticipate problems
  • Train and guide staff on quality standards and procedures
  • Develop, monitor, and evaluate clinical programs, policies and procedures
  • Write protocols, policies, and procedures
  • Develop metrics to measure quality, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Present data to create and document a strategic plan and reports
  • Resolve issues between departments

Requirements And Skills:
