Job Brief:

We're looking for a Clinical Analyst to join our team. The Clinical Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the clinical staff and assisting with the implementation of new clinical systems.

Clinical Analyst Duties:

  • Prepare clinical protocol for clinical trials ensuring general standards are met and protocol is followed
  • Investigate and resolve issues identified in process and protocol
  • Promote and assure adherence to SOPs and quality control
  • Analyze raw data and data generated in the laboratory to identify trends and quality issues and recommend needed changes
  • Maintain a culture of continuous improvement
  • Oversee quality control and quality assurance processes
  • Implement, maintain, and track improvement processes

Clinical Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of operational issues
  • Assist store operations teams in analyzing data, creating reports, and identifying trends
  • Provide insight into operational issues, including customer and employee issues and customer service requests
  • Establish procedures and problem resolution, and implement operational best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Provide feedback on operational issues, and suggest areas of improvement

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field
