Job Brief:

We're looking for an experienced Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our communications strategy, as well as coordinating our internal and external communications. Communications Coordinator Duties:

  • Provide support to communications team, including managing and scheduling communication channels, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Develop and implement corporate communications and marketing strategies, including press releases and publications
  • Develop, publish, and distribute corporate communications, including press releases, newsletters, and company and product website and social media postings
  • Develop and design corporate communications materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and other promotional materials
  • Proactively seek new and creative ways to promote and market the business
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with existing accounts
  • Create, distribute, and collect corporate news
  • Monitor, track, and report on usage and effectiveness of corporate communications
  • Develop, update, and maintain internal procedures related to communications, including the creation and distribution of media kits
  • Create and maintain all internal corporate communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, and company and product website and social media

Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts, developing and maintaining employee communication programs including benefits, training, employee development, recognition, and events
  • Produce reports, presentations, and marketing materials; maintain and update company websites and coordinate social media efforts
  • Manage employee communications calendars; produce internal and customer-facing correspondence
  • Manage calendars; schedule, coordinate, and transport company dignitaries and speakers, and handle event logistics
  • Conduct and evaluate employee surveys
  • Other duties as assigned
