Job Brief:

We're looking for a Compensation Consultant to join our team! As a Compensation Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting compensation analysis and providing recommendations to our clients. You will also be involved in the design and implementation of compensation programs. If you are a motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Compensation Consultant Duties:

  • Review and analyze job functions and expectations related to compensation, benefits, and terms of employment
  • Prepare and maintain salary schedules, compensation reports, and salary surveys
  • Develop incentives and benefits programs
  • Promote company benefits and any internal incentives
  • Collect and compile information on job classifications, job levels, and salaries
  • Prepare compensation surveys and surveys of market conditions
  • Consult with managers on salary issues, employment rules, and employee relations
  • Perform regular compensation analyses and work closely with management, labor relations, and other staff to prepare salary recommendations
  • Develop and maintain salary structure
