Compliance Coordinator Duties:

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Ensure that all applicable policies, procedures, and standards are in adherence
  • Ensure that business goals are met
  • Provide information and direction to others on compliance matters
  • Oversee management of audit requirements, ensuring effective responses to all types of audits
  • Maintain data regarding program/project outcomes
  • Document all compliance-related activities
  • Create, update, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
  • Oversee risk management activities
  • Oversee development of compliance-related training
  • Other duties as assigned

Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the company meets federal and state regulatory requirements
  • Supervise regulatory reporting, including SOX, QM, and worker safety
  • Prepare, update, and maintain records, reports, and forms associated with regulatory reporting
  • Develop policies and procedures for conducting regulatory reviews and investigations, including conducting departmental investigations and investigations in response to external inquiries
  • Maintain and maintain internal controls, and assist with audits by regulatory agencies
  • Research, identify, and report violations of applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain records, reports, and forms associated with investigations and audits
  • Create and maintain employee and corporate whistleblower programs
  • Assist with investigations and audits by regulatory agencies
  • Conduct internal and external investigations
