Compliance Coordinator Duties:

  • Supervise regulatory reporting, including SOX, QM, and worker safety
  • Prepare, update, and maintain records, reports, and forms associated with regulatory reporting
  • Develop policies and procedures for conducting regulatory reviews and investigations, including conducting departmental investigations and investigations in response to external inquiries
  • Maintain and maintain internal controls, and assist with audits by regulatory agencies
  • Research, identify, and report violations of applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain records, reports, and forms associated with investigations and audits
