Job Brief:

We're looking for Computer Technician to install computer systems, maintain and repair them, and provide technical support to computer users.

Computer Technician Duties:

  • Perform basic computer maintenance and repairs on computers like desktops, laptops and other consumer devices such as tablets, smartphones, and printers.
  • Install, upgrade, repair, and remove computer hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on computer hardware.
  • Proactively upgrade computer equipment to more current technology.
  • Provide end-user support.
  • Follow appropriate work practices.
  • Work independently without supervision.
  • Follow safety procedures where applicable.
  • Turn in job reports for billing purposes.

  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Keep up to date on new technology.

Computer Technician Responsibilities:
