A concierge is a person hired to provide specialized services.

A concierge service is a service offered by hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, airlines, and other establishments that cater to travelers.

The concierge generally assists customers by providing tourist information, reserving tables or tickets to entertainment venues, arranging transportation, booking and reserving beauty treatments, and arranging other services.

The concierge is often a highly trained employee who holds a university degree in hospitality management or hotel management.

We’re looking for Concierge to help our customers with their needs and make their experience more enjoyable.

Concierge Duties:

  • Oversee the concierge staff; train, schedule, evaluate, and counsel
  • Maintain high standards for staff performance and customer service
  • Assist in hiring and employee development
  • Oversee concierge staff
  • Oversee concierge services
  • Provide concierge staff with feedback
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Concierge Responsibilities:

  • Operate and operate a 24/7, 365-day/year concierge desk, including managing daily work assignments, and setting up and servicing events and meetings
  • Manage all guest parking needs including issuing/collecting permits for residents and guests, and enforcing parking regulations
  • Take care of any event-related requests, including transportation, dining, entertainment, and event setup and breakdown
  • Secure all electronic and non-electronic valuables, and watch over the concierge office to ensure security
  • Answer the phones, schedule appointments, and work the front desk
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and employees

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field of study
  • 1+ years’ professional experience as a concierge or in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented; demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
