We’re looking for a Construction Expediter who is detail-oriented and organized, with great communication skills. Construction Expediter Duties:

  • Maintain regular communication with real estate agents, prospective tenants, and insurance professionals
  • Maintain and expand relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Promote properties for rent or lease
  • Coordinate with brokers, agents, and owners to stage properties
  • Prepare property marketing materials
  • Evaluate properties to determine appropriate rental price
  • Develop marketing and advertising strategies
  • Identify and contact suitable tenants or buyers
  • Maintain, track, and report property expenses
  • Oversee property management staff
  • Curate property marketing materials

Construction Expediter Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the implementation of construction processes, policies, and procedures
