Job Brief:

We're looking for a Content Manager to help us create and curate engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content across all of our channels. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our content team, working with writers, designers, and other cross-functional team members to ensure that all of our content is on-brand and on-strategy.

Content Manager Duties:

  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media
  • Monitor and report on site analytics
  • Identify and implement site improvements to maximize exposure
  • Update and revise content on websites
  • Create and maintain social media channels
  • Create and manage content calendars
  • Gather ideas for new content
  • Review and edit content for authenticity
  • Conduct competitive analysis

Content Manager Responsibilities:

  • Research and source content for product pages, write product descriptions, conduct interviews with suppliers, and compose images and other visual content to support strategic marketing and sales efforts
  • Write and edit press releases, copy, and blog posts
  • Acquire product images, manage product listings, and order marketing materials
  • Manage third-party vendors and suppliers
  • Develop digital promotional campaigns and campaigns for print materials
  • Work with marketing, sales, legal, and operations to ensure effective, efficient, and on-time execution of promotional activities
