Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Content Specialist who can help us create and curate engaging, original content for our website and social media channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation and editing, SEO, and social media marketing.

Content Specialist Duties:

  • Research, write, and edit copy for websites, blogs, articles, and publications
  • Research and compile data from interviews, surveys, and other sources
  • Maintain and update databases and tracking information
  • Develop new programs, products and services
  • Research and write press releases and articles
  • Create a short video or slide show

Content Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Gather and enter data on multiple project sites, and verify that contracts and subcontractor contracts are signed and submitted properly
  • Coordinate billing submissions and payments, and negotiate and conclude disputes on billing
  • Manage the subcontractor’s general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
  • Assist in preparing documents for project close out, including project financial statements, final accounting statements, and IRS 1099 forms
  • Process any required lien waivers
