Contractor Duties:

  • Report all accidents and proper employee certifications to the company
  • Hire, train, and manage employees
  • Endow HR responsibilities for subcontracting employees

Requirements And Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a contractor
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience maintaining and servicing HVAC systems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and work well in a team
  • Ability to interface with clients and communicate with contractors and suppliers
