Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Conversion Specialist who can help us improve our website’s conversion rate. The ideal candidate will have experience with A/B testing, web analytics, and user experience. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our conversion rate, and for providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Conversion Specialist Duties:

  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as advertisements, brochures, and newsletters
  • Create and finalize messaging and copy for all marketing/advertising materials
  • Identify and develop marketing opportunities and strategies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Provide feedback to improve agency marketing
  • Assist in the creation of advertising campaigns
  • Gather and analyze data to identify market opportunities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies

Conversion Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Perform all conversion processes, from customer order receipt to product delivery, including inbound and outbound logistics
  • Mark, sort, pack, and ship orders, and prepare customer invoices
  • Process returns according to established procedures and customer requirements
  • Maintain and update product data, including product features, dimensions, and weight
  • Process the incoming and outgoing inventory products
  • Oversee the warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, storage, and retrieval
  • Manage employees, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary action
  • Maintain and guarantee company policies and regulations
  • Report and resolve issues as they arise

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years’ proven experience in a sales or project management role
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects
