We're looking for a Creative Director to lead our team of designers and help shape the future of our company. As Creative Director, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of designers, as well as creating and overseeing the execution of design projects. Creative Director Duties:

  • Develop, maintain, and assess marketing strategies
  • Create, maintain, and optimize websites and social media
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns
  • Provide graphic and web design for social media, websites, advertisements, reports, etc.

Creative Director Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all creative efforts, including graphic design, branding, web/mobile, video, and motion graphics
  • Design, create, and implement creative strategies and ideas by conducting market research, brainstorming sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Develop, manage, and refine creative executions to achieve client objectives on time and within budget
  • Oversee and monitor all creative engagements, including client meetings, creative reviews, and production
  • Maintain up-to-date creative schedules and budgets
  • Electronically file all artwork, including logo usage, advertisements, and policies for legal purposes
  • Develop creative concepts and work with stakeholders to build and execute brand standards
  • Provide weekly updates, budgets, and status reports to executive team
