  • Manage the development and implementation of creative ad campaigns
  • Support the creation of advertising campaigns and marketing strategies for a variety of clients
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, or related field desired

Creative Director or Art Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage creative project schedules, including preliminary design concepts, visual design, and quality control
  • Coordinate external resources, including photographers, copywriters, and web developers
  • Research and propose new product lines, design trends, and market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships to secure appropriate vendor and subcontractor resources
  • Manage internal staff, including recruiting, training, and performance management
  • Understand current and upcoming trends, and propose new design directions to meet growth objectives
