Job Brief:

We're looking for a Custodian to help keep our facilities clean and orderly. The Custodian will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; emptying trash cans; and cleaning and stocking restrooms.

Custodian Duties:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility
  • Keep all company property safe and secure
  • Maintain all company vehicles and equipment
  • Requisition, purchase, and organize supplies based on company’s needs
  • Maintain company records

Custodian Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize, and safeguard company records, files, and equipment
  • Perform janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and vacuuming
  • Assist the maintenance supervisor with snow removal
  • Ensure safety and security of building, grounds, and equipment
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools
