We're looking for Customer Marketing Manager to join our team and help us develop and execute marketing plans that will drive customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer marketing, brand management, and/or marketing communications, and will be a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision making. Customer Marketing Manager Duties:

  • Manage and develop marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain marketing programs and campaigns for new and existing customers
  • Develop, implement, and maintain public relations programs
  • Plan and oversee marketing and advertising activities
  • Provide ongoing feedback on the effectiveness of overall marketing strategies
  • Identify new marketing strategies and measures to increase customer awareness, retention, and satisfaction
  • Measure results and make improvements to customer marketing plans as needed
  • Oversee all customer-related marketing efforts
  • Review feedback from customers regarding products/services to improve customer satisfaction
  • Recommend changes to increase customer loyalty
  • Develop and maintain customer databases and special promotional mailing lists
  • Integrate customer feedback into overall marketing plans

Customer Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies for prospective customers
  • Develop and manage campaigns to attract, retain, and expand customer base
  • Lead all customer-facing activities, including the development of strategies, tactics, and plans, as well as oversight of ongoing programs
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met and that sales volume and satisfaction are maximized
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, including responding to complaints and identifying the causes of customer dissatisfaction
  • Implement processes and systems that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including the implementation of CRM, marketing, and event planning platforms
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Optimize conversion rates to maximize revenue

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, including experience with direct response and affiliate
  • marketing; a solid understanding of online media channels, including social media, search, and email
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, display
