We’re looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team and help us manage our ever-growing database. You will also be working closely with our development team to help them optimize their queries and ensure that our database can handle their ever-increasing demands.

Database Administrator (DBA) Duties:

  • Maintain all company databases
  • Maintain and update records of client information, data, and statistics
  • Maintain or update records of quotes, inquiries, and orders
  • Maintain and update records of payment history
  • Maintain and update records of pending and completed orders
  • Maintain and update records of projects
  • Maintain and update records of company assets

Database Administrator (DBA) Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build databases to support reporting, customer tracking, and customer care efforts
  • Assist with requirements gathering and business process analysis, and develop documented processes
  • Research and implement new technology as needed
  • Analyze database trends to recommend improvements
  • Maintain and update data structure and records, and work closely with the front-end development department

Requirements And Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server
  • Understanding of database system concepts and fundamentals
  • Proficient in SQL Server 2005, 2008, and 2012
  • Proficient in T-SQL and SQL
  • Experience with SQL Profiler
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell
