We're looking for a Director of Business Development who can help us grow our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, and be able to provide strategic direction to our team. Director of Business Development Duties:

  • Maintain communications with all clients, both current and prospective, to identify current and future needs
  • Work with the sales team to identify new potential clients and develop relationships with them
  • Coordinate marketing, sales, and administrative activities to maximize revenue generation
  • Maintain and expand current client base
  • Meet with prospective clients to present the company’s services, products, and capabilities
  • Perform market research to identify potential new markets, contacts, and products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Continually seek ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor budgets
  • Perform research and analysis as needed
