We're looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and create innovative campaigns that will help us reach our sales goals. As our Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, managing our budget, and overseeing our marketing team. • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan for the company, including goals, budgets, and strategies
• Develop marketing collateral, such as websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
• Develop and organize a tradeshow schedule, including market research, lead follow-up, and exhibitor qualification
• Create and manage digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
• Maintain and update the marketing database and website
• Develop and report on customer segmentation
• Plan, organize, and oversee all marketing events, including seminars and tradeshows
• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns
• Create and maintain marketing plans and budgets
• Oversee the development of company brand identification
• Oversee the development of the company’s communications strategy, including internal communications, customer communications, marketing communications, and public affairs

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years experience at SVP or Director level (VP or Director preferred)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Great presentation skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
