Director of Marketing Analytics Duties:

  • Implement marketing analytics programs to generate new leads and increase sales
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all marketing programs
  • Form strategic marketing plans and objectives to increase company revenue
  • Promote and market the company brand, increase brand awareness
  • Implement, maintain, and report marketing analytics
  • Promote, support, implement, and develop the company’s products and services

Director of Marketing Analytics Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct marketing and sales analytics activities, including sourcing and purchasing of appropriate data, and interpreting results to improve marketing performance
  • Manage creation of sales and marketing metrics reports and dashboards to track performance and Check in with department heads and other managers, creating and presenting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual summaries
  • Plan and manage all marketing analysis activities, including data / research, reporting and analysis, and process improvement
  • Highly experienced in enterprise-level systems (e.g., Salesforce.com, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.), and skilled in translation of data into actionable intelligence
  • Optimize data collection and reporting processes to continually improve the quality of results
  • Design, implement, and maintain metrics and reporting platforms that meet sales, marketing, and business needs
  • Develop processes and procedures to optimize data collection and analysis
  • Train and oversee teams to ensure compliance with policies
  • Define metrics and KPIs;

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, or a related field
  • 4+ years’ work experience in a related analytics role
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of campaign management best practices
  • Knowledge of media buying best practices
  • Knowledge of digital analytics best practices
