Job Brief:

We're looking for an E-Commerce Associate to oversee our online sales and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with online sales and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, we want you on our team!

E-Commerce Associate Duties:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of e-commerce industry, including appropriate eCommerce terminology, functionalities, trends, and best practices
  • Contribute to the overall strategic development of the E-Commerce department by implementing critical changes, updates, and enhancements
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and develop strategic marketing initiatives
  • Analyze trends, competitive information, and market opportunities in order to recommend and implement new eCommerce initiatives and success strategies
  • Propose innovative eCommerce ideas to management, including new initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing market research on competitors, industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
  • Conduct market and competitive research to develop effective strategic marketing plans
  • Analyze and suggest improvements to the company’s eCommerce website, including layout, navigation, and design
  • Complete any other duties and projects as may be assigned by management

E-Commerce Associate Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the company's web store, including product design, development, management, and promotion
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies
  • Create and revise content, including writing and editing product descriptions
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns, including making recommendations for budget and scheduling
  • Research and test the best systems, tools, and procedures
