We’re looking for an Engineering Technician who has experience with CAD software and can help us with our latest project.

Engineering Technician Duties:

  • Perform all duties necessary, from conceptualization to analysis, for design of building mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Implement and enforce all building codes, standards, and requirements
  • Prepare drawings and detail specifications, costs, and estimates for new construction, renovations, and maintenance
  • Research, evaluate, and explain all mechanical and electrical theories
  • Prepare technical proposals and reports
  • Review and analyze mechanical and electrical designs
  • Develop and revise mechanical and electrical designs to meet required specifications
  • Supervise contractors, technicians, and other workers to ensure accuracy of their work
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required

Engineering Technician Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain documentation, create drawings, and issue permits
  • Manage and supervise construction project activities
  • Ensure all project specifications and building codes are adhered to
